Flick, Defendant Discover Bank's counsel Daniel H. Bryan and Lynn Rowe Larsen, Defendant Equifax Information Services, LLC's counsel Tyler K. Ibom, Defendant Experian Information Solutions, Inc.'s counsel Bryan A. Pike, and Defendant Trans Union LLC's counsel Ronald C. Gilbert. The Court discussed the substance of Plaintiff's claims. As a result of the discussion, the Court directed Defendants to investigate Plaintiff's allegations and strongly encouraged the parties to start settlement negotiations.
