Minute Order [non-document] of Case Management Conference held on 11/20/20. On November 20, 2020, the Court held a telephonic Case Management Conference attended by Plaintiff Adam Ketchesin; Plaintiff's counsel Michael Kinlin; Defendants' counsel James Climer; Defendants Ptlm John Toth and Mark Morales; and Defendants' representatives Mike Maloney and Adam Strong. The Court discussed Plaintiff's Complaint, the nature of the incident, and encouraged settlement discussion. The parties are instructed to submit to the Court the relevant video and photo(s) relating to the Complaint. The Court accepts and issues the parties' proposed litigation schedule, Doc #5 , except for the parties' recommended date for a status hearing. Accordingly, the discovery deadlines are as follows: May 14, 2021 for liability discovery; August 30, 2021 for damages discovery; dispositive motion is due no later than August 30, 2021; the cut-off date for amending the pleadings and/or adding additional parties are December 18, 2020; and the status hearing teleconference will occur on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 9 am. Clients and counsel are required to attend the status hearing, and dial-in instructions will be provided.
