Plaintiff's amended jurisdictional allegations remain insufficient for this Court to determine if it has diversity jurisdiction over this matter. While Plaintiff has identified both its state of incorporation and the state where it has its principal place of business, Plaintiff has still failed to identify the citizenship of each of Defendants members (and sub-members, if any) at the time the Complaint was filed. This is despite the fact that this Court expressly ordered Plaintiff to do so by no later than March 28, 2025. Plaintiff shall file a Supplement on the docket by no later than Wednesday, April 2, 2025, providing the citizenship of each of Defendants members (and sub-members, if any).
