Memorandum Opinion and Order. For the reasons set forth herein, this Court finds Petitioner's Objection as to the fifth ground of his Petitioner are without merit. Accordingly the Objections are Overruled. This Court adopts the Report & Recommendation, as written, as to all six grounds; the Petition is hereby Dismissed.
