Filing 23 Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, the Court denies Plaintiff's Motions to Amend his Complaint. ECF Nos. 21 , 22 . To the extent Plaintiff seeks an amendment of judgment, it is also denied. Plaintiff shall file a notice on the docket, providing an address other than FCI Elkton where Defendants can be served, as well as any additional information that would assist the U.S. Marshal in executing service within 30 days of this Order. Filing 7 Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons stated above, this action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e) and 1915A to the extent it alleges claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Bivens. The Court further certif ies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this dismissal could not be taken in good faith.
