Memorandum of Opinion and Order granting petitioner's Motion to correct named party (Related Doc # 3 ).Steve Merlak, Warden is substituted for the United States of America. The case caption shall be changed to reflect that Steve Merla k, Warden is the respondent. For the reasons stated above, the Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (ECF No. 1 ) is denied and this action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243.
