Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants Plaintiff Karen S. Steed's Motion to Remand to State Court (ECF No. 5 ). The case is remanded to the Columbiana County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas forth with. Defendant BSC's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 11 ) remains pending and shall be transmitted to the Columbiana County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas. Defendant BSC's Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply Brief Instanter (ECF No. 18 ) is granted. Plaintiff's Motion to Strike (ECF No. 19 ) is denied.
