July 12, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 26 Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants Plaintiff Karen S. Steed's Motion to Remand to State Court (ECF No. 5 ). The case is remanded to the Columbiana County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas forth with. Defendant BSC's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 11 ) remains pending and shall be transmitted to the Columbiana County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas. Defendant BSC's Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply Brief Instanter (ECF No. 18 ) is granted. Plaintiff's Motion to Strike (ECF No. 19 ) is denied.
