Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Judge Benita Y. Pearson. Final Pretrial Conference held on 5/11/2022. Present were Attorney Charles E. Dunlap as counsel for Plaintiff and Attorney Jared Wagner as counsel for Defendant. Also present were R.S. Eiselstein and Chris Prater as representatives for Plaintiff; and James Vivo as representative for Defendant. The Court and parties discussed the status of the case, the possibility of settlement, and Defendant's anticipated interlocutory appeal and motion to stay. Upon receipt of Defendant's anticipated unopposed filings, the Court will vacate the trial date.
