| Minutes of proceedings [non-document]. A case management conference was conducted by telephone on 2/19/19 by Judge Sara Lioi. Attorney Megan Hunter participated on behalf of plaintiff and Attorney Clay Keller participated on behalf of defendants. The parties discussed the inclusion of defendant Chesapeake Exploration LLC and plaintiff's belief that although Chesapeake has sold its assets related to the at-issue well pads to defendant Encino Acquisition Partners Holdings, LLC, defendant Chesapeake is a proper defendant because it owned the at-issue well pads during most of the at-issue conduct. Counsel represented to the Court that both sides are open to early mediation. Counsel agreed to advise the Court by 3/1/19 whether the parties plan to pursue private mediation or whether they would like the Court to refer them to Magistrate Judge Limbert for mediation.
