December 20, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 186 CORRECTION TO REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Upon review of the Report and Recommendations in this case (Doc. No. 176), the Magistrate Judge has determined that there is a date error in the Procedural History section. Accordingly, the date "Novemb er 10, 1998" is stricken where it appears on page 11 and the date "January 29, 1997" is substituted. The error occurred because the copy of Mr. Lamar's brief on appeal to the Lawrence County Court of Appeals which appears in the Appendix bears a date stamp from the Clerk of that court of January 29, 1998, and a date stamp from the Clerk of the Ohio Supreme Court of November 13, 1998.
