The Court notes that all of the Defendants in this case are employed at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. Therefore, pursuant to S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 82.1(c), this ca se must be adjudicated in the Eastern Division of this District at Columbus and the case is hereby ORDERED transferred to Columbus for reassignment.
