December 15, 2020 Opinion or Order NOTATION ORDER: This case is before the Court regarding Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Writ of Habeas Corpus ad Testificandum (Doc. #2 ) and the supplemental memorandum (Doc. #5 ). Specifically, Petitioner initially sought a stay of his removal, in order to allow him to offer testimony in a separate civil case pending before this Court, Bayong et al. v. Butler County, et al., No. 1:20cv985. (Doc. #2 ). However, the Court was subsequently informed that Petitioner was removed this morning, and Petitioner now seeks the Court's intervention in securing his return. (Doc. #5 ). To that end, the Court hereby ORDERS that, no later than 4:15 p.m. today (12/15/2020), Petitioner's counsel file any evidence establishing that Petitioner was detained in the Butler County Jail during the period of time relevant to the related Bayong civil case.
