Filing 2 ORDER granting #1 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. The Court construes Plaintiff's complaint to consist of the complaint form located at Doc. 1-3, PageID 80-83, plus the 32-page "attachment" to that complaint form currently filed as Doc. 1-1. Therefore, the Clerk shall file the referenced pages together as Plaintiff's complaint. The Clerk of Court shall transmit Plaintiff's tendered summons forms for Defendants Christopher Wermuth, Emily Ward, Dustin Pect, and Elsa Esser to the United States Marshal, who shall serve a copy of the complaint, the summons, the Report and Recommendation and this Order granting leave to proceed in forma pauperis upon each Defendant as directed by Plaintiff. All costs of service shall be advanced by the United States. Plaintiff shall inform the Court promptly of any changes in Plaintiffs address which may occur during the pendency of this lawsuit.
