NOTATION ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Defendants City of Lebanon, Ohio, Chase Hounshell and Jeffrey Haller's Motion for Extension of Time in Which to Answer, Move or Otherwise Plead to Plaintiff's Complaint (doc. #7 ). The undersigned notes that Defendants' motion does not comply with the requirements of S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 7.3(a). Notwithstanding this, this is Defendants' first requested extension and the basis for the requested extension is well taken. Accordingly, Defendants' motion (doc. #7 ) is GRANTED and Defendants City of Lebanon, Ohio, Chase Hounshell and Jeffrey Haller are granted an extension through and including 11/7/2024 in which to answer, move or otherwise plead to Plaintiff's complaint.
