OPINION AND ORDER: Judgment shall be entered in favor of plaintiff Yvonne M. Watson and against defendant Citibank (South Dakota), N.A., for the sum of $1.00 and costs on plaintiffs breach of contract claim. It is further ordered that Ms. Watson recover her costs in prosecuting her claim against Citibank under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
