Filing 4 NOTATION ORDER: On January 7, 2019, the undersigned filed a Report and Recommendation ("R&R") recommending that pro se Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") be DENIED and that Plaintiffs be ordered to pay the filing fee required by the Clerk of Court (the procedure for making such payment can be found on the Court's website [www.ohsd.uscourts.gov] or by calling the Clerk's Office at 937-512-1400). As part of that R&R, pro se Plaintiffs were notified of their right to serve and file specific objections to the undersigned's recommendations. The period for filing objections to the R&R has not yet expired and the District Judge has not yet adopted the undersigned's recommendation. Therefore, Plaintiffs' motion to proceed IFP remains pending for the Court's consideration and Plaintiffs have not formally been ordered to pay the filing fee.
