ORDER defendants' motion to dismiss 14 is denied; plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction 2 is granted as follows: until further order of this court, defendant and their agents are preliminarily enjoined from 1) issuing any warni ngs or letters to, or otherwise contacting (other than through disocvery in this case), the persons or entities who/which are the owners/lessors of the various premises where plaintiffs were operating as of the commencement of this case; and 2) pursu ing any civil forfeiture proceedings against the indicated owners/lessors; as there are no apparent costs or monetary damages which defendants will incur by reason of entry of this order, no bond or other security will be required of plaintiffs.
