ORDER re #1 Notice of Removal filed by Union Pacific Railroad Company. Counsel for Union Pacific is DIRECTED to show association with local counsel as required by LCvR83.3(a) by 4/30/2020, failing which counsel shall be deemed withdrawn as counsel for Union Pacific and Union Pacific shall then be required to secure an entry of appearance by new counsel by 5/14/2020, the failure of which may result in the remand of this action to the District Court of Grady County. Further, Union Pacific is DIRECTED, within two business days of this date, to file a supplement to its Notice of Removal, to which supplement Union Pacific shall attach its answer as filed in the state court action on 12/2/2019.
