ORDER -- Plaintiff's filing does not satisfy the pleading requirements. Therefore, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file an "Amended Complaint" in "CIV-21-654-HE" on or before July 19, 2021. The Amended Complaint shall be limited to 10 pages and will supersede all other filings and serve as the controlling pleading in this matter. Additionally, in order for this action to proceed, Plaintiff must either pay the $402.00 filing fee or be granted leave to proceed without prepayment of fees. Plaintiff has neither paid the filing fee nor submitted a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall cure the deficiencies designated no later than July 19, 2021.
