ORDER: Granting Motion for Extension of Time #8 .The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's filings and concludes that Plaintiff has shown good cause for an extension of the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 4. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion for extension of time is GRANTED and the time for filing a notice of appeal is extended through 9/14/2018, which will encompass Plaintiff's concurrently filed Notice of Appeal [#10]. With respect to Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis [#11], the Court has already granted Plaintiff's initial application for IFP status and finds no reason why IFP status should not continue through Plaintiff's appeal.
