OPINION: the service of process on Northern California Bancorp, Inc., is insufficient, but the time for service on that defendant should be extended. However, this court lacks personal jurisdiction over both defendants. As a result, venue is improper in this court and, in the interest of justice, this case should be transferred to the District Court for the Northern District of California where it could have been brought.
