Opinion and Order. The Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion 25 to Dismiss and DENIES Plaintiffs' Motion 2 to Quiet Title. At oral argument the Court indicated it would allow Plaintiffs to seek pro bono counsel through the Court for the limi ted purposes of (1) assisting Plaintiffs in filing an amended complaint to cure the deficiencies set out herein and (2) conferring with Defendants' counsel to determine whether this matter is presently appropriate for mediation.
