Because I conclude that Mr. Patrick has failed to state a claim under section 1983 and the statute of limitations has run on his FHA claim, Defendants Motion to Dismiss 15 is GRANTED. Mr. Patrick shall have leave to amen d his complaint in order to include facts supporting an inference that InterWest Properties and/or Ms. Garcia wrongfully prevented himfrom filing his FHA claim within the limitations period, and to state any other claims he may have that remain timely.
