That claim should be heard in state court in King County, Washington. Further, the C ourt declines to accept jurisdiction over Johnson's declaratory judgment claim while another claim implicating similar subject matter is pending in Washington. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Copiers NW's Motion to Dismiss on the doctrine of forum non conveniens. ECF 12 . This case is dismissed without prejudice.
