This case is REMANDED to the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Multnomah. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send the files in this case to the Clerk of the Multnomah County Circuit Court. The Court retains jurisdiction, however, to resolve Plaintiff's petition for attorney fees, if filed not later than fourteen days from the date of this Opinion and Order.
