Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration (ECF 158 ) of the Court's December 22, 2017 Order is DENIED. Providence Health & Services Oregon's request for permission to file a summary judgment motion (ECF 160 ) is GRANTED. Providence may file a summary judgment motion within ten days of this Opinion and Order. Plaintiff's motion to compel defendant-physicians to testify as medical experts (ECF 162 ) is DENIED. Defendant Shaw's motion to dismiss (ECF 164 ) is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's claims against Shaw are dismissed with prejudice.
