The Court also appoints the law firm of GRANT & EISENHOFER P.A. as Lead Counsel for the putative class, as requested by the Lead Plaintiff. The Court further appoints the law firm of STOLL STOLL BERNE LOKTING & SHLACHTER P.C. as Liaison Counsel for the putative class, also as requested by the Lead Plaintiff. The Court GRANTS the motion filed by Mississippi PERS for consolidation, appointment as lead plaintiff, and approval of lead plaintiff's selection of counsel, ECF #11 .
