ORDER TO AMEND: Song's Application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #3 ) is GRANTED, however, the Clerk of Court must not issue process until further order of the court. For Song to proceed further, she must file an AMENDED COMPLAINT that provides enough factual detail to support her medical malpractice or personal injury claim, establishes diversity jurisdiction, establishes personal jurisdiction over Landers, and establishes that the District of Oregon is the proper venue. Song must file the Amended Complaint within 30 days of the date of this ORDER - which is December 12, 2024.
