Scheduling Order. A Rule 16 Telephone Conference is set for 4/24/2025 at 01:30PM before Judge Amy M. Baggio. Counsel is required to confer prior to the conference. At the conference, counsel should be prepared to discuss the status of the case, relevant dates and deadlines, and any other significant issues. The Court directs the parties to file a jointly proposed schedule by noon two business days before the hearing that includes proposed dates for close of fact discovery, dispositive motions deadline, and trial (including whether the case is expected to proceed by jury or court trial and the number of estimated days). Counsel should also keep in mind that Judge Baggio expects civil cases to be tried within 18 months of the date of filing. The parties shall call into the Court's conference line (the phone number will be provided via separate notice) five minutes prior to the scheduled conference time. Ordered by Judge Amy M. Baggio.
