ORDER: The parties have informed the Court of a dispute between plaintiff and the Oregon State Police (OSP), which relates to material found by OSP on its servers while searching for documents responsive to plaintiff's requests for production. After finding the material, OSP began an internal investigation. At this time, the issues that are the subject of plaintiff's dispute with OSP appear to concern that internal investigation process and appear to be outside the scope of this litigation, and the Court declines to enter plaintiff's requested orders at this time.
