The Clerk of Court is directed to amend the original judgment entered on 3/1 7/09 to show that the $203,000 in damages awarded in Count 1 is entered as a judgment against Francis Purcell and Appalachian Baking Co., Inc. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Curtis Bair's request for an award of attys' fees is DENIED 161 and Patrice Bair's request for attys' fees is GRANTED IN PART. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment awarding Patrice Bair $40,149.08 on Count VII. ABC, Inc. and Francis Purcell are liable for this amount.
