Filing 112 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The Motions for Leave to File an Amended Third-Party Complaint (docs. 97, 98) filed by Defendants Elyse Rogers and First National Bank of Mifflintown are DENIED in their respective entireties. 2. C onsistent with this memorandum, Defendant Rogers is granted leave to file a motion for reconsideration nunc pro tunc on the issue of whether the privity prerequisite for professional negligence claims bars the Plaintiffs legal malpractice claims agai nst her. Any such motion SHALL be filed within fourteen (14) days of todays date and accompanied by a supporting brief.
