ORDER- Stay of proceedings to allow mediation efforts to conclude is EXTENDED to 9/2/2013. The Court will appoint Joe Barrett, Esq., to serve as a mediator in each of the cases. All mediation sessions shall be completed by 9/2/2013 and a comprehensive status report on the outcome of all mediation conferences is due by 9/2/2013. On or before 7/15/2013, the defendant shall provide the court with a list of any cases that have completed the mediation process, but have not settled, so the court may determine whether to lift the stay as to these fully mediated, but unresolved cases, and establish a consolidated pre-trial schedule for these actions.
