SECOND (THIRTY (30) DAY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER) directing the Plaintiff to pay the filing fee or file a signed Application to Proceed IFP - On 9/23/2024, this Court issued an Order directing Plaintiff to file the correct application to proceed in forma pauperis. (Doc. 5). On 10/2/2024, Plaintiff submitted the correct form to proceed in forma pauperis but failed to sign the application. To proceed with this lawsuit, Plaintiff must either: (1) Tender payment in the amount of $405.00 to the Clerk of Court; or (2) Fully complete and sign the correct application to proceed in forma pauperis.
