MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Summary Judgment of Defendants Covington Township, Bernard Klocko, and Thomas Yerke (Doc. 22) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: (1) Defendants' motion is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's procedural due process claims, brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983. (2) Defendants' motion is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's claims for Covington Township's failure to train its employees and/o r agents, brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.
