ORDER (memorandum filed previously as separate docket entry). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of Wendy Snyder and against Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security as to Snyders Supplement al Security Income claim under Title XVI. The decision of the Acting Commissioner of Social Security denying Wendy Snyders Supplemental Security Income is VACATED and the case is REMANDED to the Commissioner of Social Security to conduct a new administrative hearing, fully develop the record, and appropriately evaluate the evidence.
