Filing 3 ORDERIT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:1. The Clerk of Court shall open a new civil action for Petitioner Haight which shall remain on the docket of the undersigned judicial officer until further Order of the Court.1 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(2) precludes subject matter jurisdiction over second or successive habeas corpus petitions.- 2 -2. The new civil action shall refer solely to the prisoner William Haight.3. The petition in this action shall be docketed in the new civil action for PetitionerHaight, and the docket in the new civil action shall indicate that this Documentwas filed on November 13, 2019.4. This Order (the instant document) and Haights Motion for Leave to Proceedin forma pauperis (Doc. 8) shall also be filed in the new civil action opened forPetitioner Haight.5. The Motions for Joinder in this action (Doc. 11; Doc. 12; Doc. 16) shall beDISMISSED AS MOOT as it has been recommended that PetitionerNottinghams Petition be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(2).Additionally, such requests are meritless as there is no authority for permittingmultiple petitioners to file one single petition for habeas corpus relief under 28U.S.C. 2254 and Nottingham and Haight would have entirely differentfactual bases for their claims.6. Haight shall be terminated from this action.7. Whereas the Petition was not filed with the requisite current standard 28 U.S.C. 2254 form, prescribed by this Court, effective December 1, 2014,2 the Clerkof Court shall furnish Haight with a blank copy of this Courts current standardform for filing a petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254 (bearing the relevant newcivil action number). Haight shall individually complete this Courts currentstandard form as directed by Local Rule 83.32.1 within 14 days.8.
