Order approving re #5 Stipulation - this mater is hereby STAYED pending the decision of the US Court or Appeals for the Third Circuit in Wilson v. Hartford Casualty Insurance Company, and the related cases currently on appeal to the Third Circuit. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall place this matter in Civil Suspense. Within ten (10) days of the Third Circuit's decision in Wilson, the parties shall file a joint status report regarding further litigation of this matter.
