ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis - On November 3, 2022, Plaintiff David Keller commenced a state mortgage foreclosure action by issuing a writ of execution against pro se Defendant Adolph Wright (Wright). (Doc. 1, at 3). On December 5, 2022, Wright filed a Notice of Removal, which purports to remove the state mortgage foreclosure case into federal court. (Doc. 1, at 1). Plaintiff filed a motion to remand (Doc. 5) on December 13, 2022. Once the motion is ripe, the Court will address the issue of remand.
