Plaintiff Heather Oberdorf sued Defendant Amazon.com, Inc. for a permanent loss of vision when a D-ring on a dog collar she purchased from The Furry Gang and Dogaholics, a third-party vendor on Amazon.com, allegedly failed and caused the leash to fly back and break her prescription eyeglasses.
