MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 10 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED, and the 7 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED only to the extent she seeks a remand for further consideration by the Commissioner.
