Filing 56 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER that the following claims are dismissed voluntarily by Plaintiff: 1) all claims against Wetzel, Smeal, and Wilkes; 2) the claims against Przybrowski in his official capacity; and 3) the Fourteenth Amendment claims against a ll the Department of Corrections Defendants. 51 The Clerk of Courts is directed to terminate Wetzel, Smeal and Wilkes as Defendants on the docket. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion for judgment on the pleadings 48 be GRANTED. The Clerk of Courts is directed to terminate Przybrowski as a Defendant to this action.
