MEMORANDUM OPINION indicating that, for reasons stated more fully within, the decision of the ALJ is not adequately supported by substantial evidence from Plaintiff's record within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Accordingly, Defendant& #039;s Motion for Summary Judgment 15 is denied. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment 13 is granted to the extent that he seeks a vacation of the administrative decision under review, and the case is remanded for further proceedings.
