MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the Memorandum filed herewith, Defendant's Motion for Partial Dismissal of the Complaint (Doc. 6 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's bad faith claim in Count II of the Complaint is dismissed without prejudice and with leave to amend. Plaintiff shall file any amended Complaint on or before January 3, 2017.
