No. 21 ) is DENIED and that Plaintiff Harleysville's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 19 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, the motion is GRANTED as to the issue of duty to indemnify and DENIED as to the issue of duty to defend. Summary judgment is entered in favor Plaintiff Harleysville only on the issue of duty to indemnify, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion and Order of Court. Signed by Judge Kim R.
