MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - upon consideration of the Defendants' motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. 15 , 17 ), and for the reasons set forth in the accompanying memorandum, it is hereby Ordered that Defendants' motions are GRANTED. It is f urther Ordered that the due process claims are dismissed with prejudice and the First Amendment and defamation claims are dismissed without prejudice. It is further Ordered that Plaintiff is granted 21 days from 3/21/2017, to file an amended complaint as to the First Amendment and defamation claims, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion and Order.
