OPINION - After careful consideration, and following the final fairness hearing on 8/20/2020, during which no individual objected or otherwise sought to intervene, the Court will grant Plaintiffs' unopposed motions for final approval of the coll ective and class action settlement agreement (ECF No. 54 ) and for approval of Plaintiffs' counsel's requested award of attorneys' fees and costs (ECF No. 51 ).
