Plaintiff's original Complaint (ECF No. #2 ) and its First Amended Complaint (ECF No. #7 , Ex. 1) are both deemed filed under seal. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Documents Under Seal (ECF No. #7 ) is hereby granted with respect to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint; and 4.
