OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 21 MOTION to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; 12 MOTION to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) as to Emilio Acosta, Abel Nazario-Quinones filed by Abel Nazario-Quinones, Emilio Acosta. Plaintiff& #039;s claims against Acosta, Nazario, their conjugal partnerships, and the Municipality of Yauco in his complaint, and his amended complaint, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
