ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART 9 MOTION to dismiss Plaintiff's Claims for Emotional Damages, Claims under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments and Statutory Supplemental Claims as to J. Cajigas & Associates, PSC, filed by Munic ipal Government of Aguada; 10 MOTION to dismiss filed by Jessie Cortes-Ramos, Eduard Ramirez-Soto.
